Refund Policy
Change of Mind
We have a 14 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you will have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must still be sealed and in a re-sellable condition. If the item is returned broken, damaged or if the seal has been opened, you will not be eligible for a return.
To request a return you can contact us by clicking on the red chat widget in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to chat with one of our friendly support staff
If your item is eligible for a return, you are liable to cover the return shipping cost. The cost of shipping the item to yourself will not be refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect the condition of the item. We will email you to let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that processing time for international orders is generally 3-5 business days.
Broken or Damaged items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives broken, damaged or defective, you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Warranty
If you ordered our Replacement Warranty during checkout you get 12 Months of replacement warranty for any damages to the item. To claim a warranty replacement please email us at contact@pxssyout.com and provide photo evidence of the damaged game. We will then provide you with a return slip for the damaged item to be returned to us. Once we receive the item, we will ship out a brand new item to you
